What currency are your prices in?

Our prices are all based in Canadian dollars.

What is the current turnaround time for orders?

All orders ship out within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Yes, really. It's that quick!

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to both Canada and the United States. We ship from Langley, BC.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all products! No minimum spend required. We ship within Canada and USA. 

If you are local, you can also select free local pickup at checkout. See local pickup information below.

Disclaimer: In very few cases, Northern regions and remote areas may be subject to shipping charges. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally picked up by UPS within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed and sometimes even the same day!

For shipments within Canada, delivery time is normally 1-3 business days to western provinces and 5 business days to eastern provinces.

For shipments to the US, delivery time is normally 5 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do! We offer local pickup as early as the next day. The pickup location is in Langley, BC. For pickup orders, simply select the Local Pickup option at checkout when placing your order and we will contact you with a time and location for pickup. If that time doesn’t work for you, we can arrange one that will better accommodate you.


Will I be charged duties?

All orders within Canada will not be charged duties. Orders shipped to the US with a value over $800USD per shipment will be subject to duties. We recommend splitting up big orders to the US to stay below the $800USD threshold.


What will my package look like? Is there any assembly required?

No assembly is required. Kiddie Couch and Add-Ons are sealed and compressed into a box for shipping purposes. All you have to do is remove the contents from the box and remove the Kiddie Couch or Add-Ons from their seal. Be careful not to cut the contents when opening the seal.

Once removed from packaging, the compressed foam will quickly begin to take form and expand. Depending on how long it has been in the box for, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks for the foam to fully expand and strengthen to its final form.

Due to compression, wrinkles in the fabric are inevitable. Steam will take these our right away. Alternatively, they will come out on their own with use. 

How long can I keep Kiddie Couch in the box once it arrives?

You can keep Kiddie Couch (or accessories) compressed and sealed in the box for up to 6 months after it arrives. However, it is best to remove the contents from their box and unseal the packaging in a timely manner. This will ensure ultimate elasticity and firmness of the foam. The longer it is compressed and sealed, the longer it will take to fully expand.

How much does it weigh? 

Kiddie Couch weighs 25lbs and the Add-Ons weigh 5lbs. Both products were designed to be lightweight for ease of play. 

What fabric are the covers made from?

Our foam is wrapped in ultra-soft, luxurious, water/stain repellant microvelvet. It is incredibly durable and made to last. For more information on our fabric, please visit Our Products page

Is the foam safe? 

Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified. This is the gold industry standard. Our foam is produced with the utmost care and safety for kids at heart. For more information on our foam, please visit Our Products page.

Is it waterproof? 

YES! Kiddie Couch and Add-Ons both come with water repellant microvelvet covers.  Our fabric is specifically designed to repel liquid instead of absorbing it. If you have a spill, simply wipe off or tilt the piece to let the liquid run off.  

Is it machine washable?

Our fabric is incredibly durable and fully machine washable. Just unzip the covers to easily remove the foam and toss the covers into the washing machine. Set your washing machine to a gentle/delicate cycle and you are good to go! 

Our fabric is pet-friendly and does not contain any added chemicals.

We do not recommend putting the covers in the dryer. Hang dry only.  

Note: The water/stain repellant covers will begin to lose their repellant abilities after a few washes. The covers were specifically designed to be water/stain repellant in order to reduce washes. It is recommended to simply wipe off common spills or messes.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can certainly cancel or modify your order. Please contact us immediately via email if you would like to cancel or modify your order. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. This is because our couches are sealed and compressed in a box for shipping purposes. Once the seal is broken it is difficult to reseal them.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately.

If your product is somehow defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to resolve any issues. Kiddie Couch comes with a one year warranty. See our warranty information below. 

Does it come with a warranty?

YES! We are very confident and stand behind the durability of our products. Kiddie Couch and Add-Ons both come with a one year warranty on the covers, zippers, and foam. Click here for more information on our Kiddie Couch Warranty.
